For example St Lawrence Market is a big market of food and wine. This market is the world´s 25th best food market, located in the heart of Toronto in Jarvis with Front streets.

Lawrence South has 50 gourmet food vendors and dozens of lunch counters. On the second floor you can find the Market Gallery about art and photography. Lawrence North is home to farmers every Saturday and Sunday with different events. 

Shopping in Toronto

Shopping in Toronto is one of the main activities, Toronto has around 20 000 stores about fashion, culture, art, handicrafts, etc. In Toronto it is well known that the culture of shopping is one of the main reasons to visit this city. The Eaton Center is a big center that has 320 shops and restaurants, 17 cinemas and 400 rooms in Marriott Hotel. This center was built in 1979 and now is the main attraction of Toronto with a million visitors just in a week.

The hotel development built two new hotels that were opened in summer of 2000. 

Toronto offers different museums and art galleries downtown. In north Toronto there are different kinds of zoos, with approximately 5 thousands animals per zoo.
