There are more and more culinary schools in Peru, more people opening restaurants around Peru, because Peruvian food is in the middle of a gastronomic explosion. Peruvian food is in the top ten such as French or Italian food, more tourists visit Peru in order to try its “novoandina” food and experts say that it will grow.
