The history of golf
The history of golf has an unclear origin; but it’s said that it comes from the Roman period, in which people used a bent stick to hit a leather ball, then with the Roman invasion of other territories the activity was spread throughout Europe and it evolved till the sport that we know nowadays.
Some people say that the origin is from China or from England but the first written record about this sport is from Scotland, where the modern game originated.
