The artistic symbols of Paris

Many symbols of art were forged in Paris since the beginning of its history, which is why Paris became the artistic center of the world. This expansion took place throughout all its districts, and it is comprised by music, painting, poetry, and other features that stand out in the city. Paris as one of the major cities worldwide has a very important tourist income because its culture is not only reflected on his art, but also its architecture plays a very important role as its tourist image.

French architecture of Paris

As mentioned earlier, the French architecture of Paris is one of the pillars of tourism and its major landmark is the Eiffel Tower. The city, in the mid nineteenth century, underwent a renovation period. Within this remodeling plan, improvements were made in parks and gardens throughout Paris. Some of the most important and oldest garden parks are: Jardin de Tuileries (created in the sixteenth century), Jardin des Plantes, Jardin de Luxembourg. But there are also several parks that have been created over the years and by different governments.

Architecture limits the construction of buildings in the city of Paris in order to keep its heritage which is why it is difficult to see urbanization in the city. Paris has also a large number of differently themed museums.

Paris, a turistic place

Paris, as the capital of France, attracts the most tourism that the country can receive. Many of the resorts or travel programs include a minimum stay of 3 months in Paris. This creates a learning opportunity because a tourist visiting the city of Paris can learn French.

Transportation service

The city of Paris offers excellent transportation service, it has a subway system, and rail system in very good condition. Paris is connected to London, Strasbourg and Stuttgart. It also has a bus system called “Metro.”

Paris was home to many French figures as Voltaire, Descartes, Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Picasso, Stravinsky, Jean Paul Sartre, Hemingway, Buñuel, Joyce, Mondrian, among others.
