The history of Germany

Berlin has experienced a lot problems to become this modern city, the history of Germany told us that Berlin was always an important city, it was the capital of the Kingdom of Prussia (1701–1918), the German Empire (1871–1918), the Weimar Republic (1919–1933) and the Third Reich (1933–1945); but for the same reason it suffered several conflicts the most remarkable was the Second World War (the deadliest conflict in Human History) and the Cold War (that divided the country in two: East and west Germany, cutting Berlin by the middle).
